Yes.. this has just happened. Sephora.com.au has just launched!
One of my favourite beauty online retailers for a while now - Luxola.com has now announced it's rebrand to Sephora.com.au. Now this is insanely exciting for me especially living up in Queensland where we currently don't have a Sephora in our state. With current in-store Sephora brands coming to their new Australian online store over the next few months, this is going to be dangerous for beauty and skin care lovers. Not to mention those who are addicted to shopping online.
I thought I would share with you some of the goodies I have picked up online through Luxola in the past and some newbies as well. My tip for brands to add-to-cart-right-now would definitely be Zoeva (For their Brushes), Sachajuan (For their Ocean Mist), Sephora Brand (Blush/Shadow range) & Make Up Forever (For their Skin Prep).
Coming into summer here I have had some pretty major make-up envy for a warm peachy orange blush or eye look thanks to Ania Milczarczyk. But I think I have found the perfect shade. I picked up the Sephora Colorful in So Euphoric over a month back and have been wearing most days I wear make up. I blend the orange toned peach onto my lid as well as smoke it out underneath the bottom lash line with a pencil brush. I love this shadow because it doesn't give me any fall out while still carrying a good amount of pigment. I also use it as a peachy blush because less is more when you're taking about packing a summer beauty bag!
My second must have for the summer time is a good primer. Not only because if you're wanting to wear foundation the last thing you want is it sliding off your face due to 40 degree heat, but also just to colour correct your skin tone or texture. Make Up Forever has got a girl covered in all arenas. With my skin on the dry side coming out of winter I picked up the Make Up Forever Radiant Primer in Cool Pink around a month ago. After using the primer whenever I use foundation my skin has been brought back from the dead. I would definitely recommend the primers from Make Up Forever if you have certain textures or tones through your skin that you want equalised.
